The "take 5" membership program is designed to help us stay consistent and focused on our goals and accomplish them in the most efficient possible way through daily 5 mins intense physical, mental, and spiritual practices, combined with 2 live classes per week, Monday - to start the week and Friday - to start the weekend... with intention.

<3 Video library - also, take 5 comes with a library of short supportive the habits daily videos to keep you in shape during the rest of the days, if you have extra 5 mins or so a day.
Whatever is happening in your life or around you - it is only 10% reality and 90% - your interpretation of it. The goal of this program is to tune into your intuition's frequency and plant the seeds of trusting yourself (instead of fear leading you) by building a habit for taking 5 mins daily to center yourself to be able to ride the day instead of the day riding you.
Sessions will be recorded and uploaded in your portal in case you can't make a class or simply want to do it again later on. The live classes will be approximately 1 hour long and will be at 1:11 pm (pacific).
